Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product arrives damaged or is not as described.

How to Return

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at shadi@tangooos.com
2. Send us photos of the item and the damage
3. We will arrange a pickup and send a replacement or issue a refund

Conditions

• Item must be in original packaging
• Item must not have been installed or mounted
• Damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, contact us and we will do our best to exchange it for the correct one, subject to stock availability.
